The space

You will own private suite consisting of a bedroom and a living room bedroom attached fully furnished with sofas, reading articles n 29 inch TV with cable. Toilet both Indian and European style available. Hot shower available till 10 am. Kitchen n dining room available for self cooking. Breakfast, lunch, tea n dinner can be provided at a very reasonable rate. All room are well carpeted. 24 hours running water with Wi-Fi. The owner lives on the same floor, but privacy assured.

A family of three can rent out the apt consisting of one bedroom, sitting area with amenities, shared kitchen and dining area for more than a month at reasonable rate. Electricity, cooking gas and water charges extra.plus in winter heater can be provided at an extra cost
